Welcome to the Diversity & Inclusion Navigator® survey tool
The Diversity and Inclusion Navigator® (DI-NAV®) survey tool is an innovative, research-based survey tool designated to identify, measure, and weigh 30 diversity and inclusion barriers experienced by the employees of your organization. The DI-Nav® has been validated by the Competence Center for Diversity and Inclusion, University of St Gallen, Switzerland and funded by the Innovation Agency of Switzerland. It is fully anonymous and takes no more than 10 minutes to fill out.
